MEET
VIHAAN REDDY

I’m Vihaan Reddy — a student, athlete, TEDx speaker, and a podcast host who enjoys challenging myself both on and off the court.

Sports are a big part of my life. I compete in track and field and play tennis, and I enjoy the challenge of training, competing, and constantly finding ways to improve. Athletics have taught me that progress doesn’t always happen immediately — it comes from practice, patience, mistakes, and showing up again.

I also enjoy exploring ideas and sharing them with others. As a TEDx speaker, I introduced P.A.C.E. — Pause, Assess, Choose, Engage — a way of thinking about how we respond when we're facing pressure. Speaking on the TEDx stage pushed me outside my comfort zone and sparked an even greater interest in communication and storytelling.

That interest is also behind Reddy to Play: Life On & Off Court, a podcast I’m developing about sports, experiences, ideas, and the lessons that carry beyond competition.

I’m still figuring out a lot along the way but for now, I’m focused on learning, competing, creating, and trying new things along the way.

ON THE COURT ————

More Than Just Tennis

Tennis is a big part of my life, but it hasn't always been about winning matches.

I've had moments when I felt frustrated, made mistakes, or let my emotions get the best of me. I even learned a difficult lesson after breaking a racket out of frustration.

With the help of my coaches and family, I'm learning that staying calm, being patient, and making better decisions matter just as much as improving my game.

Every time I step onto the court, I get another chance to practice those lessons.

ON THE TRACK ————

Finding My Own Pace

Running challenges me in a different way than tennis.

When I'm running cross-country, I have to focus on my own pace, keep going when I get tired, and remind myself not to give up just because something feels difficult.

I've learned that progress doesn't always happen as quickly as I want it to. Sometimes, it's about taking one more step, finishing what I started, and knowing I gave my best effort.

Those are lessons I carry with me even after the race is over.

ON THE STAGE ————

Learning to Use My Voice

Speaking on stage has taught me that being confident doesn't mean having everything figured out.

In 2025, I had the opportunity to give my first TEDx talk at TEDx Pine Lake Youth. I've also shared my ideas at the Phoenix Rising Summit.

One of the ideas I'm most passionate about is P.A.C.E.—a framework I created to help us pause, think about our choices, and respond with intention.

Through speaking, I'm learning how powerful it can be to share a personal experience and turn it into something that might help someone else.

Four Steps. One Mindset.

SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES

Let's Inspire the Next Conversation.

Whether it's a youth event, school program, leadership summit, or speaking opportunity, I'd love to share my experiences and the lessons I've learned along the way.

Speaking invitations are reviewed and coordinated by Vihaan's team.

Conversations Beyond the Game

ON THE PODCAST ————

I started Reddy to Play because I wanted to hear the stories behind people's accomplishments.

As an athlete and a student, I know that what we see on the outside doesn't always tell the whole story. There's hard work, pressure, mistakes, and a lot of learning that happens along the way.

On my podcast, I get to talk with athletes, coaches, speakers, mentors, and people with experiences worth sharing.

I'm not just there to ask questions. I'm there to listen, learn, and hopefully help others discover something meaningful from every conversation.
